REGIONAL ROAD ATLAS

Travel first. Gold junctions recharge you on arrival.

Read the blocks. Reach a gold charging station for a full battery, or claim a link your opponent needs.

THE GLOVEBOX GUIDE

A little charge.
A lot of choices.

  1. Same start. Same finish. Arrive at the destination before the other driver. You alternate one road per turn.
  2. Travel it. Claim it. A road you take becomes yours. Your opponent can never use it. You may retrace your own roads, paying range each time.
  3. 360 miles in the battery. Each segment costs 80–120 game miles. Gold station symbols sit at junctions, not on roads. You must have enough battery to travel the full segment to the station. Only after arriving does your battery refill to 360 miles. Leaving a station spends range normally. Both drivers may use a station if they can reach it on an open road.
  4. Keep a way through. You lose only when no road from your current junction is both unblocked and affordable. You can keep playing, including retracing your own roads, while a legal move remains. If a move immediately strands both drivers, the moving driver loses.
  5. Read the atlas. Circles are junctions. Every road displays its mileage. North is always up. The terminals mark the shared start and destination. Choose any available road leaving the start; cross streets let you change corridors. The U.S. overview marks both cities in their actual locations. Roads are a fictional schematic over real state geography. On phones, tap a teal road or its mileage label to travel immediately. On desktop, clicking a connected road immediately travels and claims it. A dark outline highlights roads you can afford. Colored roads are claimed; A and B mark the drivers. Use + to zoom around the active driver, drag to inspect the map, and Fit to see the full route. On phones, the full map always stays visible. Available roads are teal and have large tappable mileage labels. Tap one to drive. On desktop, the whole-network navigator stays above the close-up when zoomed in. Tap it to inspect another area; My position returns to the active driver. On phones, the road list also gives large buttons with exact mileage.

Bot mode: you are Driver A. Two-player mode: pass the same device after each move. Each match is a round trip: race to the destination, then back to the original city. Between legs every road claim clears and both batteries reset to 360 miles. A starts outbound; B starts the return. Each race win earns one point. A split round trip is a draw. City distances are approximate straight-line miles; roads and chargers are fictional game geography.
